5. Orders, Billing Information, and Cancellations
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after Zavynia confirms the order and payment is authorized or successfully processed. You confirm that the information supplied at checkout is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that the order is for personal or household use rather than unauthorized resale.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, payment failure, inventory limitations, a pricing error, shipping restrictions, or another legitimate reason. We may also limit quantities purchased by a person, household, or order. If a payment was captured for a canceled order, the applicable refund is sent to the original payment method.
To request cancellation, contact support@zavynia.com and include your order number within 24 hours of ordering. We may accept a request made within 48 hours only when the order has not been processed or shipped. A full refund for an approved cancellation is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
6. Prices, Taxes, Promotions, and Errors
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any charges shown at checkout form part of the order total. Promotions may have additional terms, which apply to the promotion if they conflict with these Terms.
The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, omissions, or inaccurate information about descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, or availability. We may correct or update that information, or cancel an affected order, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order, we will notify the customer using the contact information provided.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Zavynia ships only within the United States. Orders are normally handled within 1 business day. Transit generally takes 6–11 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 7–12 business days. USPS, UPS, and FedEx may be used to deliver orders.
Shipping, tracking, delivery estimates, and delivery problems are further described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days. Zavynia does not charge a restocking fee. Returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, missing packages, return costs, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms. An approved refund is issued within 10 business days after approval.
9. Intellectual Property
Website text, photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, design, and other content belong to Zavynia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially use website content without written permission.
10. Third-Party Tools and Links
The website may use Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics services, hosting providers, and other third-party tools. We may make optional tools operated by third parties available to you, but we do not control or monitor them. Those tools are made available without Zavynia warranties, representations, or endorsement, and you use them at your own discretion and risk.
